Live Group Coaching
Finding the way to an authentic, individual lifestyle is challenging in today's fast paced world. Structured as a group discussion, the Group Coaching session offers participants a provocative, stimulating discussion that is intended to generate a journey of self-discovery and an acceptance of many, unpredictable personal results. As there is really no one "right" way for a participant to live, only alternatives, this session is not lecture based.
Topics that are pertinent to the participants are explored with the group benefiting from listening to Julie coach each participant in turn. The group dynamics are such that each participant acts as a mirror for the other group members. The conversation follows a natural flow as each participant shares their personal realizations or struggles within the group. With Julie's adept facilitation each participant gains better personal insight, direction and clarity. In essence, finding their own answers, according to what is authentic for them.
With Julie's strategic questioning groups warm to the intimate interaction between participant and coach. Feedback from participants of group coaching has been positive. They are intrigued with the coaching process and Julie's unique flavour and emphasis on realizing when we give our power away and how we listen to people. Participants typically discover that there are options available to them beyond what they currently know or experience.
Julie Bentley: Keynote Speaker
Enthralling audiences with her uplifting story of personal triumph, Julie Bentley's keynote speeches focus on the unique journey of self-discovery that has enabled her to exceed her perceived potential. Julie shares her journey of self-doubt and interpretations of personal events to enable listeners to see themselves, reflected in her thoughts.
Expressively and with vulnerability, Julie highlights aspects of her journey that began years ago with the progressive loss of her sight. Despite her successful outward appearances, Julie's self limiting beliefs formed the basis for how she acted, responded and experienced life.
Through self-development work Julie realized what she thought was the "truth" about herself was actually only "beliefs". At times she felt like "a burden and helpless". Once this was recognized as an interpretation and not the truth, Julie found an exciting new future. This enabled her to step outside of her limiting beliefs and design a life that reflected her true potential. Julie feels that her experience, while unique, is not that different from others'. However, Julie's willingness to share her inner thoughts and feelings is what allows audiences to reflect inward and see their own limiting beliefs.

learned from your presentation to CFUW Hamilton. The information you gave us
and the points you talked about for us to explore and ponder were very
valuable.”
“Thanks for a great
session this morning. As always you were so articulate, and warm, and you
asked so many great coaching questions. I really enjoyed your presentation,
and I think all the participants went away with a lot of knowledge about the
profession. It was good to spend time with you.” Warmly, Laura.
“A short note of
thanks for leading the Toronto City Hall seminar session. The handouts you
selected do offer appropriate reassurance to newcomers. Thank you for
sharing the precision of your perspective, and providing us with a solid
footing from which we might venture into such a professional contract.”
Regards Catherine
“I thank you
personally for the outstanding presentation you delivered to our group. Your
session definitely touched a nerve, because you related more to the
subconscious state of mind of the inventor. I hope we can do a repeat some
other time in the future, of course, at your convenience. On behalf of all
of us at the Inventors’ Alliance, I again want to express my sincere
appreciation for a great evening.”
